- Oversee payroll and compensation policies, ensuring smooth on- and off-boarding processes.
- Support the CEO and COO in special projects related to people management.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Degree in HR or any relevant field
- Min. 1-2 years relevant experience as HR manager
