  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

1. Liaise with factory on production scheduling, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

2. Manage site operations teams, including installation and rectification crews, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications.

3. Implement process improvements from factory to job sites to increase productivity and reduce waste.

4. Coordinate with the operations administration team responsible for work order processing, customer communication, and job scheduling.

5. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and tools to various project & retail sites.

6. Understand the daily transport operations, including route planning and delivery scheduling.

7. Lead, mentor, and support teams within Site Operations, Operations Administration, Logistics.

8. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

9. Lead, mentor, and support teams within Factory Operations, Site Operations, Operations Administration, Logistics.

10. Ensure all operational activities meet Luxx Newhouse’s quality standards and compliance regulations.

11. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

· Diploma or Degree holder Engineering / Building / Construction, Architecture or equivalent (Candidates with experience in the Architecture and Interior Works will be advantageous.)

· Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.

· Required language (s): Mandarin, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)

· Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel

· Candidates who possess Driving license Class 3 will be added advantage

· Preferably Singaporean
