A global MNC with a diverse portfolio in the personal care/skincare space. With a global workforce of >10,000 employees, they have forged a strong name for themselves in multiple regions globally. The business is on an expansion phase and sell primarily in the retail pharmacy channels
About The Job:
As the Key Account Manager for either Guardian or Watsons, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing relationships & executing business strategies with the retailers. A big part of this scope will rely on data analysis and the use of excel, so proficiency in this area is key. The environment is hands-on so alongside driving sales, you will be expected to play a hands-on role in collating and analyzing data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key decision-makers at Guardian and Watsons.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Trade & Promotion Planning: Work closely with marketing and trade teams to execute promotions, pricing strategies, and in-store activations.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure optimal stock levels by collaborating with supply chain teams and retail partners.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze consumer trends, and provide insights for business growth.
The Successful Applicant:
- Account management experience with either Guardian OR Watsons channels is a MUST- you will not be considered for the position without it
- Excellent excel skills including familiarity with Power query
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, start-up like environment
- Personal care/beauty/skincare/supplements experience is a plus
