Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations at assigned service points, including front counter services and administrative tasks.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Nurse Manager and other stakeholders to identify and resolve system and process challenges.
- Service Improvement: Develop innovative services to enhance service levels and patient care continuously.
- Financial Oversight: Achieve volume and financial targets for assigned clinical services through effective budgeting and regular reviews with clinical leaders.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of non-nursing staff at service points, ensuring effective two-way communication and timely dissemination of information.
- Problem-Solving: Escalate issues as necessary and recommend viable solutions.
- Committee Participation: Engage in committees and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business or relavant field
- with Healthcare operational experience are preferred
- Proven capabilities in managing projects and fostering a cohesive team environment.
