Senior Marketing Executive (Social Media & Community, East) (ID: 669083)
Responsibilities:
- Main job scope is on social media, partnerships, and email marketing.
- Strategize, conceptualise, develop, and execute social media content, strategies, and calendar
- Strategize the “how” and the “content” with which to amplify our reach and engagement to the right target audience with measurable results.
- Engage customers and audience on platforms including FB, IG, and GMB
- Identify and cultivate customer-influencers to amplify brand visibility
- Coordinate and oversee community/media events and exhibitions
- Own and collaborate on the email marketing strategy with the Sales and/or Operations teams
- Support and participate in the Group’s other marketing activities and administration
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing, social media, or community management role with measurable results
- Track record in email marketing, including managing campaigns and automations.
- Able to manage and work with influencers
- Experience in planning and executing community or media events and exhibitions
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Enthusiastic about community management and customer relationship management
