  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including government agencies, suppliers, and consultants) to coordinate and support key workstreams

  • Assist in procurement processes and vendor selection for various project workstreams.
  • Lead records management and archival efforts, working with relevant government agencies for records acquisition and transfer.
  • Support the development and implementation of Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines for different project workstreams.
  • Provide administrative and project management support, including record-keeping, filing, vendor payment tracking, billing, budgeting, and timeline monitoring.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, record meeting notes, and track key follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative assistance for other ad-hoc group-related workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays when required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in public sector procurement, including tender management, bid evaluations, and presentations.
  • Experience in managing physical assets.
  • Project management experience.
  • Interest or prior experience in the arts and heritage sector.

Salary : S$4,500.00 – S$5,500.00
