
Technical Project Manager, APAC
Join us to oversee the technical aspects of our Enterprise sales endeavors with focus on the Asia Pacific region. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate with our sales teams to design and define the solutions in Bang & Olufsen’s large enterprise and high-end projects on a global scale; this role is the corporate face of our Technical Solutions team working closely with the global Enterprise team and Project stakeholders.
In this role, you will be part of a growing business unit, coordinating solution sales to high-end hotels and luxury showrooms in some of the most iconic locations around the globe.
As our new Technical Project manager your focus will be to manage all technical aspects of our Enterprise projects. This includes being an advisor for technical Enterprise solutions, as well as taking part of technical sales activities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Specify new custom solutions with efficiency in mind aligned with Sales/R&D teams, including supporting sales and back-office teams in the technical side of the sales process.
- Identify and coordinate the development of technical solutions for Enterprise/Hospitality to meet customers’ expectations
- Source, collaborate, advise, and supervise installation teams appointed to implement B&O and non-B&O product solutions to commercially agreed targets.
- Define documentation process on projects and handover to support structure - define clear processes in Enterprise team; sales, installation & after sales
- Evolve and develop solutions for Enterprise installations
- Be an expert technical advisor and guide for select Hotel and VIP projects
- Handover and training to customer and internal support structure
- Technical guidance and design for Special Events

You are someone with:
- Previous experience running large scale installations within hospitality or other commercial AV environments. This could be audio-visual, but also smart home, or similar commercial technology
- An interest in Smart home controls and commercial AV including hospitality systems
- A wiliness to learn technology details in-depth, so that they can convey the information effectively.
- Proficient project management, planning and organizing skills
- Customer oriented – Commercial mindset, but a consultative, solution-oriented approach
- Comprehensive presentation skills
- Able to work across cultures and teams; great collaboration skills (Internal and external)
- Fluency in English, both writing and speech
