Job Description

1. Manage office supplies and issue stationery to staff

2. Perform simple administrative work such as filing, sorting, photocopying and shredding documents

3. Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the office storeroom and immediate work area

4. Count and pack resources for distribution to staff and students

5. Coordinate deliveries e.g. direct deliveries to designated venues, contact staff in-charge to collect deliveries etc.

6. Cover the General Office counter in the absence of the Receptionist and when additional support is required during recess and dismissal time

7. Track and replenish first-aid items in Special Rooms

8. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel

Requirements

· Possess a GCE 'O' Level qualification

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a school environment

Working hours

· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.30pm inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Working hours may be changed based on school needs.

Working locations

· Pioneer (School environment)
