Job Scope
- Daily book keeping entries, matching of receipts, accounts payable and receivable matters.
- Handle petty cash, monthly expenses claim verification & processing.
- Record daily transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- Assist in all suppliers/ subcontractors invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generating financial reports and supporting the financial end close process.
- Coordinate with account manager for accounting matters.
- Entry and update expense reports, staff and workers reimbursement.
- Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, all document management etc.
- Handle company’s MOM, PCP, insurances, Infotech matters, Worpass, Coretrades, CSOC, etc.
- Any ad hoc assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum have diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor’ degree in related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Experience in office administration and accounting roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
