Job Scope

  1. Daily book keeping entries, matching of receipts, accounts payable and receivable matters.
  2. Handle petty cash, monthly expenses claim verification & processing.
  3. Record daily transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
  4. Assist in all suppliers/ subcontractors invoices and payments.
  5. Maintain accurate financial records, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  6. Generating financial reports and supporting the financial end close process.
  7. Coordinate with account manager for accounting matters.
  8. Entry and update expense reports, staff and workers reimbursement.
  9. Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, all document management etc.
  10. Handle company’s MOM, PCP, insurances, Infotech matters, Worpass, Coretrades, CSOC, etc.
  11. Any ad hoc assigned.

Requirements

  1. Minimum have diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor’ degree in related field.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience.
  3. Experience in office administration and accounting roles.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
