  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description:

· Responsible to monitor and provide solution for Production and UAT Incidents.

· Hands on experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS needed to solve the issues in the application.

· Should be able to work independently and escalate if issue is not resolved on time.

· Should be able to do self work and manage juniors aligned under Code Review

· Excellent analysis skills and expertise in issue resolution and provide fixes for that.

· Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow, solutions to complex business problems.

· Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery to clients and internal development team.

· Provide functional and technical guidance to the Business Analysts and Developers

· Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing and in production

· Aid in the implementation and stabilization of the solution

· High-level Understanding of all the VisionPlus subsytems, Batch processing
