We specialize in:
Data aggregation & standardization – Collecting financial data from custodians, banks, brokers (PDFs, CSVs, APIs, SWIFT).
Reconciliation & enrichment – Ensuring accurate, cleansed, and structured data for analysis.
Analytics & reporting – Providing real-time insights into asset allocation, portfolio performance, and risk management.

Our vision is to become a world-class financial digital enabler in wealth management, empowering clients globally. We make financial data aggregation effortless and provide deep insights that drive informed decision-making.

Backed by leading global VCs and family offices, Canopy secured fresh funding in 2023 and 2024 and is now on the cusp of exponential growth. We're looking for entrepreneurial talents to join us on this journey.

Client Product Manager (Wealth Data Platform)

As we scale, we are looking for a Client Product Manager to serve as the bridge between clients and our product & engineering teams—focusing on client needs, usability, and adoption. You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Canopy’s data-driven tools, empowering wealth managers and clients with actionable insights, automation, and compliance solutions.

This role requires a blend of financial domain knowledge (private wealth management, custodial data, regulatory compliance) and strong project management skills.

Client-Focused Product Strategy

  • Own the client experience & usability roadmap for Canopy’s wealth data platform.
  • Act as the voice of the client, ensuring the product aligns with their workflows.
  • Drive feature prioritization based on client feedback, adoption data, and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to improve user journeys.

Client Implementation & Adoption

  • Work with wealth managers, family offices, and institutional investors to onboard them onto Canopy.
  • Lead product walkthroughs, training, and onboarding sessions.
  • Collaborate with Client Success to drive feature adoption and reduce churn.
  • Identify key pain points in client workflows and propose solutions.

Data & Workflow Optimization

  • Ensure that Canopy reconciliation tools, and analytics dashboards align with client needs.
  • Help refine data ingestion, transformation, and reporting workflows for end users.
  • Provide feedback to engineering on usability issues and enhancements.
  • Identify strategic partnerships for API integrations and fintech collaborations.

Support, Troubleshooting & Product Advocacy

  • Act as Tier 2 support for complex product-related client issues.
  • Partner with Sales & Client Success to address client escalation cases.
  • Create self-service resources (help center articles, FAQs, best practices).

Experience & Domain Knowledge:

  • 5-7+ years in product management, preferably with financial products (wealth management, trading, or banking) or data-intensive platforms.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management workflows, portfolio data, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), private banks, or asset managers.
  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable product improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to engage C-level executives and end-users alike.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior experience working with data aggregation platforms or financial reconciliation tools.
  • Familiarity with reporting & analytics tools
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, data mapping, or portfolio risk analytics.
  • Experience with user research & UX/UI feedback cycles.
