
Personal Assistant
Job Scope:
1. Basic Manners & Respectful Behavior:
Teach children and young adults basic manners, such as saying "please" and "thank you." Encourage respect for elders and proper ways to address people.
2. Daily Social Etiquette:
Guide students on appropriate behavior in public places, schools, and family gatherings. Teach personal space, polite conversations, and basic social interactions.
3. Table Manners & Dining Etiquette:
Train students on proper use of utensils, eating neatly, and table manners. Explain common dining do’s and don’ts for casual and formal meals.
4. Personal Grooming & Hygiene:
Teach the importance of cleanliness, dressing appropriately, and good posture. Provide simple tips on looking presentable in different situations.
5. Basic Communication Skills:
Help students develop confidence in speaking clearly and respectfully. Teach how to introduce themselves properly and interact with peers and adults.
6. Conflict Resolution & Emotional Control:
Guide students on how to handle conflicts politely and calmly. Teach patience, listening skills, and positive ways to express feelings.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields (preferred).
2. Certification in Etiquette Training, Image Consulting, or Social Protocol from recognized institutions is a plus. (e.g., The Etiquette Institute, The British School of Etiquette).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to engage and instruct children, teenagers, and young adults in an interactive manner.
5. Multilingual abilities (English and Mandarin) are preferred.
6. Willingness to travel for private family sessions.
7. Patience, empathy, and adaptability in working with different personalities.
