Sales & Marketing Engineer (Energy | Solution)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a full time, energetic and driven candidate to fill our opening for Sales & Marketing Engineer, based in Singapore. You will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our company’s services, capabilities, products, and solutions (such as Energy Management / Monitoring System, etc).
Job Responsibilities:
· Be part of the Energy Management & Solution team.
· Develop strategies and plans to carry out promotions to market company’s services, capabilities, products, and solutions.
· Support in development of marketing materials, presentation slides, catalogues, brochures, etc.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers’ base.
· Conduct sales & technical presentations and products & solutions demonstrations, both in-person and virtually to showcase the features and benefits of our services, products, and solutions.
· Conduct cold calls and social networks for new sales opportunities and business development.
· Prepare and follow up on quotations, fee proposals, tender submissions, sales enquiries, technical supports, etc on daily / regular basis.
· Prepare sales reports, projection analysis, market surveys’ reports on regular basis.
· Collaborate with technical engineers to provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and clients.
· Conduct market surveys and keep abreast of the latest development in technologies and changing customer requirements and expectations.
· Plan, manage and participate in trade shows, seminars, events, etc to generate new sales leads.
· Representing the Company in a professional manner and establishing good rapport and business relationship with our customers, suppliers, and principals.
· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess a Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
· Preferably 2 – 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing or Engineering or Computing Science field.
· Prior working knowledge of ACMV, Building/ Energy Management System is a plus.
· Prior working experience of Computing Science, IoT, Cloud Solution is a plus.
· Highly motivated and dynamic professional with self-initiative, sales & marketing skills.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Result-oriented, attention to detail and highly capable of meeting sales targets.
· Effective interpersonal, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
· Good team player with the ability to work as a team, willing to learn, contribute ideas and assist team member with tasks/duties, when required.
· Broad based experience of computer systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
· Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
