Job Scope
- Liaise with clients, consultants, Landlord, Owner, sub-contractors and relevant Authorities to ensure smooth completion of commercial and residential interior fit out projects.
- Prepare, review and submit all detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.
- Conduct regular internal and attend all site meetings.
- Lead a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tender bids, and contracts.
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed on site to prevent injuries on the job site.
- Conducting inspections of work done by contractors to ensure that it meets code requirements and quality control on the project throughout the development
- Managing the budget for the project, including tracking materials costs and labor hours used.
- Coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers to schedule deliveries of materials and equipment when needed.
- Developing a plan for managing the construction process, including timeframes for each phase of work.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Commercial (F&B, Retail, Offices) & Residential (HDB, Landed, Private) interior fit out projects.
- Possess analytical mindset, independent, initiative , positive working attitude and highly responsible individual.
- Able to adapt and work in fast pace environment & long working hours.
- Able to lead the project team.
- Possess class 3 driving licence.
- Working at night and weekends (if job equired)
- Possess knowledge of excel, powerpoint and autocad (an advantage)
