Costing and Accounting Executive

• Assist in cost analysis of raw materials, production, and overhead costs.
• Support in preparing P&L statements and analyzing financial performance.
• Track and report on cost variances, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Maintain accurate inventory valuation and support costing audits.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Work with different departments to gather financial data and analyze spending.
• Support variance analysis between actual vs. budgeted costs.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, cost breakdowns, and audit documents.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions related to cost control.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting principles, P&L management, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
