Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join our team, specializing in Vulnerability Scanning, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Zscaler. This role involves ensuring the effective implementation and support of security solutions while safeguarding the organization's network and systems from potential threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vulnerability Scanning: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security gaps and vulnerabilities within the system.
- PAM (Privileged Access Management): Manage and maintain PAM solutions to ensure privileged accounts are properly secured and controlled.
- Zscaler Implementation & Management: Act as the subject matter expert for Zscaler and assist in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Zscaler security solution.
- Policy Management: Assist in the development and modification of security policies in Zscaler, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
- Security Solution Roll-out: Plan and oversee the deployment of new security solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure that managed services and support for Zscaler and other security solutions meet organizational needs.
- Incident Response: Respond to and mitigate security incidents related to vulnerability scanning, PAM, and Zscaler.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance system security.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in cyber security with a strong focus on vulnerability scanning, PAM, and security product administration.
- Technical Expertise: Good to have experience with Zscaler, PAM solutions, and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve security issues swiftly and effectively.
- Security Solutions Implementation: Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting security solutions in complex IT environments.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve common security goals.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security qualifications are a plus.
