
Technology Operations Engineer
We are seeking a Junior Technology Operations Engineer to join our Technology team to assist with technical compliance initiatives, work with strategic clients, and manage service providers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in first-line technology compliance, information security management, institutional client support, and project coordination within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and enforce compliance and InfoSec policies to ensure regulatory alignment.
· Review, enhance, and maintain compliance processes, including change, incident, and problem management.
· Evaluate and improve organization’s daily information security operations.
· Support peer departments in achieving technical compliance and conformance.
· Provide technical support to strategic clients during onboarding and system integration.
· Manage relationships with key system providers and service providers.
· Assist in optimizing operational workflows and automating processes.
· Contribute to documentation, timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 2 years of experience in a technical compliance, technical operations or project management role.
· Familiarity with security practices and remediations in financial industry
· Knowledge of information security frameworks (CVSS, OWASP, CIS Benchmark etc.).
· Understanding of ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management) is a plus.
· Proficient in project management tools and principles (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
· Preferred certifications: CISSP/CISM, ISACA, ITIL, PMP/CAPM/Prince2
· Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
· Experience or knowledge in financial services, trading, or clearing houses is a plus.
· Fresh graduates with an aptitude to learn will also be considered.
