  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Scope:
- Contact sales rep for sales reference inquiries.
- Maintain and file sales agreements in shared folder.
- Manage sales email account.
- Upload nominal list for SATS redemptions.
- Create and update Child and Parent codes.
- Create new vendors.
- Update and remove subsidy customers.
- Generate VIMS Collection Report and calculate monthly subsidy sales.
- Prepare consumption report for HOD review before submitting to Finance.
- Verify, photocopy, and match meter readings with VIMS before passing to Finance.
- Scan machine cards for Finance, along with consumption report and invoice.
- Provide subsidy sales data to Finance for SAP upload (Invoice generated by Finance).
- Compute Milano subsidy sales for SM commission.
- Advise Finance on charging rental for underperforming customers
- Generate commission reports
- Generate RVM report for NEA.
- Generate commission reports for Sales Execution.
- Conduct stock take for Warehouse and Cash Room.

Requirement:
- someone good with numbers and excel at least know VLOOKUP and pivot table cos will involve in calculating commissions/ rebates etc
