Job Info:
Salary: Basic up to $3800 + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Location: Tampines
Job Scope:
Provide comprehensive support to customers before, during, and after the sales process, both internally and externally
Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing accounts
Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and assess client needs
Arrange meetings with potential clients
Regularly create and present reviews and reports containing sales and financial data
Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations
Negotiate, close deals, and handle customer complaints or objections effectively
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, manufacturers, and other relevant parties
Collaborate with team members to achieve improved results and meet targets
Collect customer or prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement
To perform any other relevant tasks as and when required
