Job Info:

Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

Prepare and issue accurate invoices for leased sales, project sales, Data & Wine storage, and ad-hoc billing
Track and update changes in pricing, project stages, and contract terms
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues via calls and emails
Distribute Statements of Account (SOA) to customers and address any concerns related to invoices or payments
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accuracy in billing and communication
Ensure compliance with company policies, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), and Singapore GST regulations in all billing transactions
Generate internal and external billing reports, including overdue payments and financial summaries
Process GIRO applications, liaising with the bank for approval and updating the accounting system accordingly
Support the finance team with additional accounting tasks, such as account analysis, audit schedule preparation, and SOP updates
