
Service & Site Engineer
Job Responsibilities
• Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance and repair on designated equipment
• Completing Preventative Maintenance/calibration
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
• Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
• Resolve customer service delivery issues
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or contract renewals
• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area
Qualifications & Requirements
• Candidate should be Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical trained with qualifications from polytechnics or relevant institutions
• Possess some basic IT skills
• Possess minimum 3 years of experience in LED Displays
• Experience in LED controller software
• Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
• Should have basic level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
