Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration:
  • Accurately process monthly payroll, including salary computations, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions such as CPF, IR8A, and IR21 forms.

  • HR Operations:
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare employment-related documents, such as contracts, confirmation letters, and termination notices.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Generate HR reports and participate in government or non-government surveys as required.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Advise management and staff on employment regulations and best practices.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, coordinating and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
