- Monitor and track production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to delivery timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Testing team to coordinate inspections and quality checks, ensuring that production output meets required standards.
- Organize and allocate production staff efficiently, aligning workforce deployment with project demands and deadlines.
- Work closely with the purchasing team and subcontractors to manage procurement timelines and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in production and propose solutions to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production schedules, and material usage for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancements and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, the purchasing team, and subcontractors.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- A proactive team player with good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
