  • Plan and manage material requirements based on the production schedule to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize shortages or excess stock.
  • Monitor and track production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Testing team to coordinate inspections and quality checks, ensuring that production output meets required standards.
  • Organize and allocate production staff efficiently, aligning workforce deployment with project demands and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the purchasing team and subcontractors to manage procurement timelines and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in production and propose solutions to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, production schedules, and material usage for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancements and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, the purchasing team, and subcontractors.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • A proactive team player with good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
