Job description:
• Supervise the processing and administrative teams, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of new business applications from submission to policy issuance, as well as overseeing the reinstatement process for Integrated Shield products.
• Regularly review and refine processes to automate manual tasks, bridge operational gaps, reduce inefficiencies, and standardize workflows across different business lines. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and protocols are continuously updated in the Operational Guidelines and Work Instructions.
• Manage audit requests related to new business applications and Integrated Shield products, coordinating with internal/external auditors and compliance teams. Ensure prompt and accurate responses while implementing any necessary recommendations.
• Develop and mentor Team Leads to effectively manage their respective teams, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines. Oversee daily operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while strategically planning resource allocation.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience leading new business processes and managing an administrative team within a Life Insurance company
· Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and people development.
· In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, CRS, and FATCA requirements.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in data management and a solid understanding of IT system enhancements.
