  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Being part of the 2 Financial Planning team responsible to ensure governance and control for bus related initiatives/schemes as well as budgeting and funding matters:

  1. Assist the Reporting Officer to manage Division’s funding scheme(s) and initiatives;
  2. Liaise/follow-ups with stakeholders and external party on assigned work scope with Reporting Officer’s supervision;
  3. Support the Division to prepare the excel-based budget templates and consolidation of the multi-year budgeting returns; and
  4. Support adhoc project(s)/initiatives assigned by the Division.
  5. A Level/Diploma, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration or Finance;
  6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially excel;
  7. Meticulous and a good team player;
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
  9. Able to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
