
HR & Admin Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, etc.
• Maintaining employee records
• Lease, maintain, and coordinate company dorms, manage rental agreements
• Issue Purchase Orders, place orders with suppliers, and track the status of those orders.
• Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized, coordinate supply orders, and handle minor office maintenance needs.
• Arranging courier service
• Handle other ad hoc assignment as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong sense of teamwork and service orientation
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Self-driven individual and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers from China)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
