  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Conduct sales planning and generate sales strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations in order to achieve sales annual target and growth.

• Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyse needs.

• Seek opportunities for product enhancements.

• Analyse customer needs and requirements and prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.

• Preparation, submission, and negotiation of tenders.

• Monitoring of market, clients, and competitive situation, including tender specific information, products, prices, personnel and relationships etc.

• Ensures that the quality of equipment delivered to clients fulfills the contract’s requirements and Schindler’s quality and safety standard.

• Ensure compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures and requirements of the Sales process

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering), or a related technical field

· Strong technical expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of elevator and lift systems

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical support roles within the elevator and lift industry. Entry level is still welcome to apply.
