About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk Officer/ Receptionist to manage reception duties, handle calls, coordinate mail and visitor check-ins, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Details:
- Salary: $2400- $3000(Depends on experiences)
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Alt Saturday)
- Working Location: Queenstown (Central area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and relay messages.
- Welcome and register customers, notifying relevant staff of arrivals.
- Guide visitors to their designated locations.
- Handle incoming mail, parcels, and manage front desk petty cash.
- Organize and maintain physical records of front desk reports.
- Arrange customer pickups and drop-offs with chauffeurs.
- Review and reconcile retail transaction records for accounts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer areas.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
