Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business and functional needs to provide effective HR solutions, leveraging trends and metrics.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the development of operational plans and initiatives.
- Oversee talent acquisition and management for specific roles within assigned business units.
- Collaborate with HR shared services to deliver comprehensive HR support while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and legal obligations (e.g., Employment Act, CPF, IRAS).
- Advise and support line management on performance management, resolving complex employee relations issues, and addressing grievances.
- Enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention through close collaboration with employees and management.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Align with other HR teams on processes related to performance reviews, salary adjustments, bonuses, and awards nominations.
- Identify and address process gaps to establish and improve HR best practices.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and other stakeholders to strengthen leadership capabilities and succession pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices.\
