Regional Head of Solutions (3PV)
The role
• As the Regional Head of Solutions (3PV), you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of logistics solutions to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to our customers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing new logistics offerings, optimizing end-to-end logistics experience, and driving the transformation to serve external clients.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1) Strategic Leadership
• Lead the development and execution of logistics strategies regarding developing service offerings and tackling logistics experience pain points that align with business goals, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
2) Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, country logistics partners, and other platform functions to ensure alignment on direction and implementation.
3) Capability Building
• Identify and build critical capability gaps including billing and payment, and customer service to improve overall service competitiveness.
4) Technology Integration
• Champion the integration of technology into logistics operations, from operations systems to delivery tracking tools, ensuring high performance and real-time visibility to control overall experience detractors.
5) Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team success and growth.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record in e-commerce logistics solutions, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in e-commerce logistics strategies and/or logistics technologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• In-depth understanding of last-mile delivery, delivery options and experience management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
