Job Summary:
We are looking for a CNC Machine Assembly Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead and train assembly technicians, and ensure production meets quality standards and schedules. The role involves monitoring performance, addressing issues in the assembly process, maintaining safety and quality control, and keeping accurate records. The supervisor will work with the Production Manager to resolve delays, manage inventory, and oversee training initiatives while ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Key Requirement:
-Diploma in Engineering preferred
-Min. 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/assembly
-Hands-on experience with CNC assembly, troubleshooting, and mechanical assembly
-Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions
-Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
-Knowledge of 5S and HSE standards
-Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
