What you will do:
- Build intelligent yield analysis solutions based on Large Model to improve the efficiency and accuracy of YMS.
- Explore the application scenarios of Large Model in yield prediction, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, etc.
- Based on Large Model technology, optimize and iterate YMS products to improve user experience.
- Combined with rich YMS industry experience, introduce industry best practices into intelligent YMS products.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree or above in microelectronics, semiconductors, materials, physics, electronics and other related majors.
- Experience in process integration development in semiconductor engineering for more than 5 years is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, good expression and communication skills.
- Rich experience in Yield Enhancement, with relevant team management capabilities preferred.
- Familiar with large model technology, experience in large model-enabled YMS products is preferred.
- Knowledge of semiconductor product defect analysis, able to analyze failure mechanisms and propose solutions based on process parameter changes.
- Proficient in characterization and testing methods of various device characteristics, and understanding of process data detection.
- Proficient in yield analysis process, data analysis methods and tools, familiar with WAT, CP test process, and test mechanism.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills, fluent listening and speaking skills.
- Priority is given to those with overseas study background.
- Postgraduate degree is preferred.
