Large Model Product Manager

What you will do:

• Responsible for the planning and product design of AI Large Model products (ChatBI/intelligent operation and maintenance assistant/intelligent yield analysis) according to the company's strategic goals and user market research results.
• Formulate product strategies and market strategies, with business success as the guide, and collaborate with R&D, pre-sales architects, operations and other roles to achieve business goals.
• Deeply understand customer business and scenario needs, track industry development trends and technology development dynamics, plan product evolution paths, and iterations to maintain a sustainable product competitive advantage in the market.
• Track benchmark customers/projects, ensure technical feasibility, and continuous feedback on product evolution, precipitate industry solutions, best practices, and benchmark project examples.
• Collect customer needs, combine technical research and judgment, promote product function upgrades and iterations, and enhance product market competitiveness and market share.
• Undertake relevant research, design, and Large Model optimization of AI Large Model application products, deeply understand the core data indicators of the entire product chain, and improve product indicators through rapid testing and iteration.
• Track the latest LLM technology trends, adjust and optimize products.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in AI, computer science, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI application and large model product management, with experience in intelligent reporting/intelligent operation and maintenance assistant/intelligent yield analysis products preferred.
• Experience in large model application design and development in the industrial field, especially in the semiconductor field, is preferred.
• In-depth technical understanding and product development experience, able to understand and explain complex technical architecture and design.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work effectively with multi-functional teams to promote project goals.
• Experience in semiconductor industry productions preferred.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills, fluent listening and speaking skills.
• Preference is given to those with overseas study background.
• Postgraduate degree preferred.
