We are representing our client, the Singapore branch of a multinational banking group, to look for a Corporate Banking Senior Relationship Manager to develop, manage and sustain a new portfolio of Aviation and Shipping corporate customers.
Job Description
- Call on C-suite executives, Finance Director and Treasurer in corporate controlling offices, to form and deepen relationship and proactively own, respond to, uncover and anticipate future needs, roadblocks or risks.
- Work with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Maximize client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trend and intelligence.
- Drive innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further develop business.
- Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.
- Administrate the credit relationship of the client (including but not limited to preparing term sheet, credit proposals and credit review, implementation of the credit terms and conditions, servicing of client's day-to-day needs, operation of internal systems, etc.), coordinate and supervise the entire process, ensuring proper application of policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies/guidelines at all times.
- Proactively protect the Bank's assets and reputation by being the first line of defence from risk management perspective.
- Responsible to meet the KPI targets.
- Set up internal procedures and product policies.
- Conduct training and be a seminar speaker to boost the Bank's profile.
Job Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in origination, structuring and execution of Aviation and/or Shipping Financing.
- Bachelor's degree and above.
- Strong network and ability to build contacts.
- Wide spectrum of product knowledge from asset financing to treasury products as well as documentation (ISDA, pitch book, IM).
- Sound credit and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and problem solving skills.
