- Manage correspondence with stakeholders, utilizing English and Chinese as needed.
Bilingual Communication
- Facilitate communication between English and Chinese-speaking team members and stakeholders.
- Translate project documents or reports when required to bridge language gaps.
Cost and Value Optimization

- Support value engineering efforts to optimize costs while preserving quality.
Technical Proficiencies
