Retail sales executive-
Roles & Responsibilities
Retail products include hp mobile products and HP accessories
Job Duties:
· Serves customers by helping them select products.
· Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge.
· Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
· Respond to customers’ questions.
· Engage customers when emshiwing them to racks and counters.
· Provide outstanding customer service and provide information for warranty.
· Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
· Manages financial transactions.
· Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
· Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
· Receive merchandise for servicing.
· Keep clients informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
· Manage end-of-day cleaning in store and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
· Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Job highlights
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

Requirements
Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma
Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
Job type- full time
Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
