Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ Years Experience in QA/Test Management, particularly in Core Banking and web applications.
• Expertise in UI testing, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Preferably TOSCA).
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA).
• Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications like ISTQB or equivalent.
• Experience in AI-driven or cloud-based testing environments.
• Hands-on experience in API testing and performance testing.
