Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the governance process for project approvals and execution and ensure effective Group oversight on projects conversion from pipeline to completion.
  • Monitor and track performance and capability measures across businesses and functions to ensure targets remain on track and evaluate any changes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular reporting and reviews of performance tracking and evaluation for the Group and ensure that regular reviews are scheduled and actioned in line with the set timeline.
  • Work on streamlining procedures, reporting templates, identify improvements, update changes, ensure early collaboration and engagement with stakeholders for effective roll out and adoption.
  • Reduce manual tracking and increase traceability and consistency for data/ information on performance and benchmarking.
  • Administer committee meetings to ensure smooth and effective running of meetings, including having records of complete and accurate action points and ensure follow throughs.
  • Plan, evaluate and facilitate the endorsement of strategic plans, monitor and report implementation progress, evaluate any changes and impact for management decision points.
  • Partner businesses and functions to conduct strategic reviews and drive initiatives to deliver aligned outcomes.
  • Develop primer reports for emerging and new markets/ technologies, conduct desktop research and analysis, test and validate analysis through various means.
  • Keep abreast of market developments, gather and evaluate market intelligence, generate insights and cross-share internally.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Engineering with at least 5-8 years of experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of financial modelling experience in financial or investment analyst role to review investment case evaluation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, essential for minute taking for senior level committee meetings, preparing presentations, and writing reports.
  • Strong critical thinking, organised, attention to details, responsible and self-accountable to follow through swiftly and timely on action points and next steps.
  • Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player and stakeholder management skill, ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with managers and employees across businesses and functions.
  • Strong in MS Office, including Power point presentations, Word processors, Excel spreadsheets.
