  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

- 2 to 3 years experience and above

- Requires BCA in BIM Cert

- All Mechanical must have experienced in ACMV & LTA/SMRT

Job descriptions:

Develop and design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in 3D using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).

Prepare detailed mechanical design models, drawings, and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Participate in design coordination meetings with

architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and ensure efficient project execution.

Utilize BIM coordination tools like Navisworks to detect clashes and implement clash resolution processes for mechanical systems.

Produce and maintain detailed documentation, including BIM execution plans, as-built drawings, and equipment schedules.

Perform quality control checks on mechanical systems designs and ensure accurate implementation of BIM models in the construction phases.

Able to start work within short notice will be highly advantageous.
