Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, preparing quotations, raising job orders, liaising with workshops and contractors, and updating service schedules. The role also involves investigating complaints and escalating urgent issues to supervisors.

Key Requirements:
-Min. O level or equivalent
-Min. 1 year experience in customer service, administration, or support roles
-CRM system knowledge is a plus
