Job Scope:

(i) Oversee all HR functions and report to Company Directors;

(ii) Maintain and improve HR-related procedures according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001;

(iii) Compiling and verifying claims;

(iv) Support for ISO 17025;

(v) General office administration.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Primary:

(a) Recruitment and onboarding/offboarding process ;

(b) Plan, develop and implement personnel training and development programmes (pre- and post-training) ;

(c) Stay informed about MOM rules, regulations, and policies;

(d) Maintaining ISO 14001 standards for environmental, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company procedures;

(e) Handling employee relations, effective employee engagement, and communications between the Company and all staff ;

(f) Manage employees’ attendance, leave records, and yearly appraisals using the HRMF System.

Secondary:

(a) Update and handling of insurance, license, contract/lease renewal;

(b) Provide clerical support;

(c) Involve in 2S/5S

General:

(a) To perform any additional tasks the Company and Superiors assign.

Qualification/Requirements:

(a) Min Diploma in related field (HR Management/Business Administration)

(b) Min 3 years experience in the related fields

(c) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

(d) Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

(e) Familiar with HRMF system

(f) Meticulous in work
