Junior Quantity Surveyor
- Basic: $3,000 - $4,000
- Working Hours: 6 Days (Alt Sat off) | 845am- 6pm
- Transport allowance $800 (with own car)
- Phone allowance $100 entitled
- Location: On-site

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build good relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- A team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support price comparisons and prepare costing summaries.
- Assist in quantity surveying tasks across various projects.
- Help with the preparation of interim valuations and contract variations.
- Support claim submissions and follow-up actions.
- Assist in monthly cost and value reporting.
- Conduct quantity take-offs for project cost estimation.
- Help in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Assist in cost analysis for repair and maintenance works.
- Support feasibility studies based on client requirements.
- Participate in risk assessment, value management, and cost control activities.
- Contribute to preparing and analyzing tender costings.
- Assist in valuation of completed work and payment arrangements.
- Maintain knowledge of different building contracts in use.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
