Job Responsibilities:

· Process sales order, arrange delivery and issue invoice.

· Verify orders to ensure accuracy of products and pricing, including customers' personal information and payment details.

· Relay order instructions and feedback from customers to relevant departments.

· Proactive and prompt follow-up to emails or phone calls to provide positive customer service experience.

· Contact customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.

· Manage stock reservations (including rental glass), and follow up on backorders when stocks arrive.

· Maintain and update customer records.

· Expediting orders through internal liaison.

· Maintain proper documentations.

· Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing team.

· Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

· Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel).

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Customer service oriented

· Proactive, attention to details and well organized

· Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
