- Position: Finance Analyst / Business Management Analyst (FP&A)
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Consolidate month end financial results & prepare monthly reporting package.
- Assist in conducting analytical reviews and provide insightful commentary for monthly management reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the management.
- Responsible for monitoring monthly fixed costs against KPIs (Against Budget & Forecasts).
- Collaborate with various departments to understand cost variances and effectively communicate with the management.
- Develop and enhance cost control measures over time.
- Responsible for CAPEX Monitoring.
- Assist in monitoring product costing & margins.
- Participate in full-fledged annual budgeting, forecasting activities involving information collection, data submission & presentation package preparations.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business.
- At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Costing or Business / Financial Analyst roles preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
