
Project Manager (Building Construction, A1 Main Con, North Region)
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and procurement strategies.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring schedules and specifications are met.
- Select and manage contractors/subcontractors based on qualifications and cost.
- Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and report to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Conduct meetings to address challenges and align project objectives.
- Provide updates on milestones, budgets, and risks.
- Enforce safety protocols and building code compliance.
- Assess projects for improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and support the project team for high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in building construction project management.
- Proficient in construction management software, scheduling tools, and cost estimation.
