-Able to manage and motivate staff
-Plan staff work schedule
-Must be able to work on Fri, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
-Lead the team to achieve sales target
-Increase outlets staff productivity
-Excellent customer service
-Hands-on attitude
-Training new staff
-Maintaining stores to standards, including ordering of stocks and cleaning
-Train staffs to make hot & cold beverages, toast, cashiering as well as operations in kitchen.
-Ensuring outlet is clean
