  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

With their growth strategy in place, they seek to expand their reach in their Commodities Trading business. Currently, they seek for a Settlements Executive to be part of their accounting team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify document for payments
  • Process payments
  • Prepare Statement of Accounts
  • Check purchase and sales contract
  • Help reconcile foreign companies tranactions
  • Check trade completed with trade incoterms
  • Ensure completeness of deal entry with signed contracts
  • Liaise with counterparts and other related entities to settle payments
  • Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
  • Minimum 2 years of Settlements /Accounts or Accounts Payable (AP) experience in a Commodities trading company or any other industry sectors
  • Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
