
Assistant Account Manager - Beauty
Working with BU Head to manage P&L, customer experience and overall profitability of the Domestic Beauty & Wellness Category in KrisShop through strategic planning of brand campaigns and ecommerce activities. Overseeing category sales, P&L, and ensuring robust representation of brands and product assortments.
1. Drive both top and bottom line growth, effectively contributing to the achievement of P&L goals (sales, margins, and inventory).
- Work with BU Head to define, develop, execute and implement impactful marketing campaigns with a focus on the NTR landscape to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Clear understanding of the eCommerce landscape to ensure digital touch points are well integrated within the consumer journey, drive innovation and business growth to increase sales.
- Negotiate with vendor partners for marketing support like MSA, GWP, discounts, vouchers, miles.
- Lead Category Management efforts, encompassing tasks such as vendor acquisition, seamless onboarding, precise demand planning, dynamic pricing strategies, efficient stock management (active depletion plans)
2. Optimize Domestic landscape (field survey, assortment relevance, cannibalization and profitability risk) in collaboration with Demand Planner to provide new insights in a quarterly manner, including also the below:
- Drive the business forward by constantly analysing and assess the effectiveness of the Domestic & Dropshipe operations and current needs based on market competition, implementing new methods, systems and ways of working where relevant
- Periodic data and insight analysis on market and category to capitalise on industry trends
- Assortment planning & deep dive analysis to enhance category sales
3. Foster and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while spearheading cross-functional collaborations that enhance overall operational synergy.
4. Understanding the eCommerce landscape to develop promotional strategies to increase sales of products
5. Working closely with the Demand team to ensure healthy inventory levels and promotional strategies are achieved
6. Work with internal Customer Experience team, Operations Team and Partners/Suppliers to resolve customer issues and queries.
7. Ensuring payments are made to KrisShop according to payment terms
Job Requirements
- Strong and results-proven track record in delivering sales growth and/or business objectives
- More than 3 years of experience in Beauty industry (Wellness or Fashion will also be considered.)
- Excellent communication skills, commercial sense, problem solving skills, negotiation skills and data analytical skills to work effectively in a team within a flexible and fast paced dynamic environment. Equipped with the capability to drive actionable insights that fuel business expansion.
- Good knowledge of the domestic & dropship industry combined with strong understanding of the eCommerce platforms, products and digital marketing tools
- Good knowledge of the travel retail industry combined with strong understanding of Ecommerce Product Management
- Ability to manage and influence internal & external stakeholders
- Outstanding time management skills and the capacity to multitask effectively
