We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the human resource operations and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations, and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Process work passes (e.g., EP, SP, WP) applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle employee on/offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance.
  • Coordinate and manage Learning and Development activities, including training records, schedules, and evaluations
  • Support monthly payroll processing, including tracking attendance, overtime, and leave records via HRIS
  • Administer employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance coverage.
  • Ensure adherence to Singapore labor laws and company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
  • Handle Government Bodies' claims such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, Levy waiver etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks e.g., dormitory check-in/out process for NTS workers, issuance of staff card/ door access card.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years HR relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and employment act.
  • Meticulous and well-organized individual.
  • Motivated individual and possesses good planning and follow-up skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and in a team with positive attitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel, power point, etc.
  • Familiar in Infotech system.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.
