What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for outsourced and project-based roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for general roles (admin, customer service, IT, etc.).
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates using job boards, social media, and creative outreach.
- Learn to work with hiring managers to understand job needs.
- Support in organizing interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a great candidate experience from start to finish.
- Work alongside experienced recruiters and the HR & Payroll team – no need to handle payroll or contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from any discipline – HR, Business, Psychology, IT, etc.
- Strong interest in recruitment, people, and matching talent to the right jobs.
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
